Backstory

Survival of the fittest. A line that Astra had always taken to heart while she grew up in the post-apocalyptic wasteland. For most of her life, living was always a struggle. There was barely enough food to feed everyone, hardly enough water and never enough supplies to help the sick and injured. The loss of a loved one was a pain that everyone understood well.

Astra was quick to understand the power of being strong in this hostile world they inherited. Much to her father’s dismay, Astra was adamant about taking a stand. She couldn’t tolerate that people and mutated beasts threw around their strength to fill their greed. Despite her short stature, she trained tirelessly to hone her strength to stand defiantly against them.

However morals and ideals didn’t put food on the table. Rather than be a burden to the recovering society, she thought it best to become a mercenary. That way she can sell her skills and help others who may not be as strong.

Personality

Astra puts on a proud and strong front when dealing with others. She wholeheartedly understands that if she waivers, everyone around her will crumple due to stress. While this burden is hard to carry, it gives her some peace of mind that others will steal their resolve in the oncoming fight ahead.

Despite her hardened nature, she loves to indulge in her feminine side. She positively loves wearing colourful and intricate jewelry as it makes her feel beautiful. Astra always keeps an eye out for more jewelry she could add to her crowded outfit.

While most think her choices of hair dye are excessive, Astra believes the contrary. Having bright and colourful hair is a symbol of hope. It brings a smile to her face hearing people complain about something silly and just forgetting their problems for a small moment.
